Warranty

Please see below for the warranty period for our product range:

Cots:

Windsor, Chelsea, Regent, Kent, Oxford: 5 years

Santorini: 3 years

 

Chests:

Windsor, Chelsea & Oxford: 12 months

 

Gliders, Kids Chairs & Rocking Chairs:

Ivy, Lily, York, Iris, Daisy & Daydream: 12 months

 

Mattresses:

12 months unless specified otherwise by manufacturer. 

 

Warranty Conditions

The warranty for Eldita items begins from the purchase date. To make a warranty claim, you need to provide proof of purchase. If you want to make a claim, contact the place of purchase via phone or email, and we/they will guide you on the necessary steps.

The warranty covers defects in materials or manufacturing for one year from the purchase date.

Make sure to carefully follow the instructions in the manual when assembling your furniture. The warranty applies only if the product is assembled and used correctly, as outlined in the provided user instructions. If the defect is a result of improper assembly or installation, the warranty won't be valid.

The warranty won't be valid if the product has been changed in any way, and it can't be transferred to someone else.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, improper use, changes to the furniture's finish, design, or hardware are not covered by the warranty.

Remember, this warranty doesn't replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
